We keep things discreet!
Your product will be shipped in a discreet box with no verbiage as to what is inside! Your credit card statement, shipping label and receipt will read that your purchase was from The Kemper Lake Group, Inc not Thinking Of You Two. The only exception to this is when ordering Shari's Berries or Mrs. Fields Cookies which come in their own shipper and are marked Shari's Berries or Mrs. Fields respectfully.
With the exception of an email to inform you that your merchandise has shipped and it's tracking number, or if there was a problem or something we feel is important for you to know, we do not contact you via email, phone, fax or by any other means. We respect your right to privacy and protect you and or your gift recipients information.

Don't Worry! We have strict policies in force. We will not send any
unwanted mail or call unless there is a problem with your order.
We greatly value our customers privacy and understand. All of our shipping
boxes and labels will give no indication of what you are buying. The return
label indicates our parent company name "The Kemper Lake Group, Inc. and our
address (for tracking) and will arrive in a *plain packaging.
*Shari's Berries and Mrs. Fields Cookies will arrive in their own container and will say Shari's
Berries on the outer box.
Shipping information:
The majority of orders are shipped same day or the next business day. Please keep in mind that the amount of shipping days it takes to get your shipment to you, once it is shipped from our location, are calculated as BUSINESS days and not weekend days for all air services. Example: If you choose UPS Next Day air and your order ships on a Thursday you will receive it Friday. Alternatively if you choose 2nd day air and your item ships on Thursday your item would be delivered on Monday NOT Saturday. UPS Ground is 3-5 business days from date of shipping depending on where your parcel is being shipped to. USPS priority mail is typically 3-5 business days. International shipping is done via US Air Mail and can vary greatly, you can anticipate 7-14 days for international delivery. Call or email for anticipated delivery times, or visit usps.com.

Checks
